《About a Girl》是美国涅磐乐队（Nirvana）的一首歌，词曲作者是Kurt Cobain。它是乐队录音室专辑《Bleach》（1989）中的第三首歌，也是1994年收录在《纽约不插电》专辑中的第一首单曲。 　　
歌曲的含义按照Chad Channing——专辑《Bleach》时的鼓手——的说法，科本把这首歌带进录音室的时候它并没有歌名，当科本被问起这首歌的含义时他回答：It‘s about a girl。 　　
我们讨论的这个女孩名叫Tracy Marander，是科本当时与其同居的女友，显然她问起科本为什么从未给她写过一首歌，于是科本创作了《About a girl》。
这首歌表现了这对情侣破裂的关系，以及科本拒绝找一份活或者分担公寓的清洁工作（房子里都是科本的宠物），为这些问题争吵时科本偶尔会威胁他要住到他的车里，在那种时候Marander往往会屈服。 　　
科本从未告诉Marander他曾经写了这首《About a Girl》给她，从1998年的尼克·布隆菲尔德（Nick Broomfield）纪录片《Kurt and Courtney》中Marander读了《Come as Your Are：The Story of Nirvana》之后才了解了这首歌的来历。
